For more than a year and a half, LabQ and its affiliated businesses have lived under the weight of sweeping government writs that LabQ says disrupted operations, froze critical assets, inflicted major business losses, and harmed multiple related entities.

That campaign suffered a major setback on March 20, 2026, when the federal court granted LabQ’s motion to release the writs of attachment and garnishment.

The Court found that the Government had not established the probable validity of the amount it claimed was owed, rejected key aspects of the Government’s supporting analysis as unconvincing, and ruled that reliance on treble damages to justify the writs was clear error.

Although the order is temporarily stayed for 14 days, the ruling marks a major breakthrough for LabQ and a significant defeat for the Government’s broader strategy.
